Richard Seegman
Richard Seegman is an of counsel attorney at Peninsula Law. He is a 22-year civil litigator with particular expertise in the litigation of estates and trusts, business disputes, creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, and banking and insurance matters. His focus on developing creative solutions to trust and business disputes during contentious litigation, utilizing synergies derived from legal and financial experience, make him a valued member of the Peninsula Law team.

Member, State Bar of California. State Bar Number 214941.
Admitted to practice before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the district and bankruptcy courts in all four of the federal court districts in California, and all California state courts. Admitted pro hac vice in specific cases in federal courts in Delaware, Illinois and Washington.
